1. Ship from US/EU/UK or Other Overseas Warehouse
Ship from US — Only in stock in the US warehouse and can only be sent to cities within the United States.
US/EU/UK Ship — In stock in the US/EU/UK warehouse, can be sent to cities within the US/EU/UK countries.
EU/UK Ship — Only in stock in the EU/UK warehouse and can only be sent to cities within the EU/UK.

If title marked “US/EU/UK Ship” that means we have stock in all three warehouses.
- To UK local address, normally takes about 1-3 working days. To other European countries will take about 5-7 working days, depending on whether the address is close or remote.
- We have stocks in US/UK/EU warehouses, but do not have branch companies in US/UK/EU. If an item has a problem and needs repair, you need to send it back to our Shenzhen warehouse. If there is any refund request, please contact us in advance.
- If the customer’s country or region is not within the delivery range of our US, UK, or EU warehouses, or if only UPS or DHL services are available, the customer must pay the difference between the UPS and DHL shipping rates; otherwise, the package will be shipped from Shenzhen, China via postal or express delivery (typically, postal services shipped from Shenzhen do not incur additional shipping fees, but express delivery services do).
Please note that we are unable to ship from our US warehouse to Canada, Mexico, UAE and certain other countries; therefore, your package will be shipped directly from China via international express delivery.
Please note that all additional shipping costs and local import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to cover any customs duties or fees.
2. Shipment from Shenzhen/Hong Kong Warehouse
Normal Registered Airmail Post
- Registered Airmail includes Netherlands Post, USPS Post, Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post, etc.
- Orders under 150 USD and package weight less than 2KG will be sent by Registered Airmail.
- If you prefer express delivery, you can choose “Premium Delivery” and pay for the extra shipping. We will send by DHL.
Default DHL and Other Express Service
- If the item is not in stock in our overseas warehouses, we will send packages from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. (DHL is the default delivery method).
- Express service takes about 3-5 working days to arrive.
- For some EU countries, there might be customs duty issues. We will mark a low value on the invoice to help avoid high tax. If you have any special requests, please email us.
Shipment by Yanwen Express Service
(No Tax Problem — Normally takes about 7-10 working days)
To help clients from EU countries avoid high tax, we can send packages by Yanwen from our Shenzhen warehouse. It takes about 7-10 working days, but clients do not need to pay any extra import duty. Yanwen handles customs clearance, and we cover all associated costs.
Notice: Most items on our website can be shipped to most countries worldwide. However, different shipping methods may have delivery destination limitations. Our customer service will find the best solution for you. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote areas. Please send us your address and postal code for verification.
3. License or Activation Service Online
- No physical shipping required. Please provide the device SN to us online or by email.
- It takes 1-2 working days for the Launch technician to complete the update service.
- Once activated, we do not accept refunds or cancellations.
- For a renewal card, please check your email inbox/spam, or we will contact you on WhatsApp.
- We are an online dealer. Please send us your device SN. If offline, we cannot perform the update service.
